I have been seeing Dr Inkpen for chronic pain due to cervical joint disease, muscular dystrophy, and rheumatoid arthritis for over ten years. He has become my most trusted physician. Always willing to try new treatments and/or medications and advise me on exercise and lifestyle. He has always shown genuine compassion and respect, as well as a true and faithful interest in my well-being. I know without any doubt he is responsible to my ability to maintain a high level of function (managed to raise two kids as a single parent, earn a degree, and become a critical care nurse under his care) and enjoyment of life despite my health challenges.

A year ago, Dr Inkpen saved my career. I am a local dog groomer and my thumbs were to the point that they had no strength to hold my clippers or scissor, and I was on handfuls of perscription meds to function and deal with the pain. One was skiers thumb and the other horribly arthritic. The other issue was deterioration in my neck, I was unable to sleep, headaches and difficulty driving and plain simple working daily. He had done all the cortisone treatments he could do which consumed the course of the year before. He then sugested PRP injections. It changed my life, saved my career. I owe so much to this man, and his staff. Extremely brilliant at what he does, with the best team of professional staff, and the most up to date equiptment to work with. Top notch! Kinda miss being there every 6 weeks, but its so far been a year and my joints are still working PAIN FREE! Thankyou Dr Inkpen and Staff!
Still dealing with my issues, and having been referred to this office I have received excellent care here. The entire staff have shown concern and have explored my symptoms and offered treatment and solutions. Prompt and on time, professional and courteous. I understand that people in pain just want to be out of pain but not for one minute I have ever felt dismissed here. Dr Inkpen has been great his staff very caring and concerned, Dr Thomas in his stead took care of me, and staff called me back and arranged care when I was in a bad spot. I look forward to getting to the root of my issues and will continue to use this clinic and tell others I know, starting with this review.
I prefer Dr. Inkpen, never had a issue being treated by him. Dr Thomas who for some reason I got when my Secord referral went through to the clinic, she has wasted my time and put my health at risk, she ordered a MRI and whom ever was suppose to do the paper work in Feb they didn't, so I called and asked in April why no phone call about the MRI someone forgot to ask me all the questions needed for the referral, So then they got it done but I had been waiting 2 months, by then I had a CT scan that shows I have herniated discs in my neck! I asked if that was enough for me to get my needles and No, I was told to wait for the MRI, I got an appointment with my Neurologist and he put in another referral for a MRI and wow got my appointment with in a few days!!!! I'm not impressed with Dr. Thomas I have been in extreme pain, and now my health is going down. I will be asking my doctor to send me to someone Who actually cares about me and my health.
Friendly staff , including the Doctor Inkpen . Made a person feel comfortable and at ease . Hands up.. they are doing a great job.
