I am always nervous taking my vehicle to a mechanic, as I have been ripped off in the past, but the gentlemen at Apple Valley Auto were so kind, reassuring, professional and made me feel completely at ease leaving my vehicle there. I had to get an out of province inspection done and am so glad I brought it here. Not only was the inspection done in less than two hours, but they were so kind and thorough that I will gladly take my vehicle there for any work that needs to be done. I have every confidence that they will do a great job and get me back on the road quickly. I highly recommend them! Update: I had my check engine light pop up along with some vibration and horrible smell. I called Steve and he was able to get me in right away to diagnose the problem. He called me as soon as he knew what the issue was to discuss options. OPTIONS! Not just one expensive repair. Steve and his team got my vehicle up and running the same day. Excellent service yet again!!

Always great service from the team at Apple Valley! I particularly appreciate never being talked down to, and knowing what's urgent, what's upcoming, and what's a bit down the road really helps with the budget...they take the time to prioritize repairs. They are absolutely amazing. They didn't know I came from a mechanical background, (because when you're looking for a business to trust you have to test them!) They made a list of things that could be done later and things that should be taken care of. There was no frivolous charging for things, which is important when you drive an import. Hands down, I won't take my vehicle anywhere else

Steve and the crew at Apple Valley have done an amazing job with both our vehicles. In the last few months, they've twice saved us with car troubles and squeezed us in to get us on our way quickly, even though they were super busy. Terrific, trustworthy local service. We're very happy to have found a shop in town that we feel comfortable returning to time after time.
