Sells pre opened products so we ask for a receipt which they gave reluctantly. We bring it back they would not refund as well as verbally assault and degrade a pregnant woman and her elderly father. Never again
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY SHUT DOWN BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!! i brought in my computer because it had stopped working,and this crook told me it was my motherboard that was burned. He gave me a price of 190.00 just for the motherboard,and with all the labour the total price would be 400.00. He even showed me the board he would be putting in, and gave me the empty box. He did the work and the computer was working very very slow, so I opened to see what motherboard he had actually put in,and to my amazement found that first,the box he gave me did not fit the board in the computer,and the mother board that was actually in it was worth 50.00!!!!! I went back to the store for a refund, which I did not get,so I then phoned the Police.. He then got a little scared,and gave me back 180.00,so I still lost 220.00.He then told me to get out of his store and never come back!!!! LESSON LEARNED WHAT A CROOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALSO, I HAVE JUST BEEN INFORMED THAT THE 5 STAR REVIEWS THAT THIS PLACE HAS IS BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL FRIENDS OF HIS!!!!!

Extremely nice customer service! But they do bot have many products to buy and thw store is weirdly organized but the people are so good to you that it does not matter.
