I just read up on this company and some of the reviews the one that stood out the most for me is from ERIK and Erin wanting a refund, the response from the owner was very nasty and condescending these customers were just trying to get a refund how are these customers suppose to know about your personal life, you made it sound that these people were more worried about getting there refund or getting to ride on a horse instead of being concerned about your son, again stating that how are they to know about your personal life.. it is very unfortunate about your son however when you are running a business you must be professional at all time. Thank you for your response , again showing your arrogance as owners of a company,, I hope you guys got your refund ,

Our experience was phenomenal! The owner and staff were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate my son, who has special needs. We were able to have the best ride and feel completely safe the entire time. Many, many, thanks to an awesome crew and beautiful horses who gave us the gift of an unforgettable day! I highly recommend.

Booked and paid online very quickly. However when we arrived, we were told there wasn't enough staff to take us out. I was told I'd be refunded, but a month later I still haven't. Calls go unanswered, and messages ignored. I would avoid if you're a tourist because once you leave, good luck getting your money back.

Friendly staff and horses (and cats, lots of them). I went there during the winter and they have an inside arena, I did not feel cold. They teach you how to saddle the horse and help you build confidence when riding them. I am heavy and I was worried about the horses, but they have huge animals. Highly recommend the place.

My granddaughter loves Venture Stables. All of the staff have made her equine dreams come true. Such kindness and caring, mixed with amazing instructors.
