This is the worst company and should be stripped of their \ apple retailer\ certification. I recommend no one go to this store and just go to the Apple store no matter how far it is. Venture computers will charge you for services that are FREE FROM APPLE and their quality of work is complete BS. They did not fix my computer at all and charged me for services that are FREE AT APPLE. I had to call Apple Care to fix my computer and again it was FREE - this company is a complete scam and they also kept Mac Keeper installed in my computer, so truly they did nothing. Also Judy that left a review here is the office manager (I believe) and Jeff works there as well, so really those are not FAIR AND HONEST REVIEWS!
