The food here is so good, my only regret is that I don't get enough when I take out. However, the box they serve it in is always the perfect size to fill you!! My other regret is that they are not open on Monday and Tuesday. I often have a craving on those days. It's good to learn patience, though, right? The ingredients are fresh and seasonal, cooked to perfection. The flavours are exquisite and demonstrate the true care that's put into this home-cooked meal. The service is kind, quick and efficient in a lunchtime rush. If you've never tried vegan, this is a perfect plant-based start. Highly recommend - easily the best cooked vegan food in the Market!!

Outstanding vegan Caribbean restaurant! We drove from Mississauga to try something new and Veggie D'Light did not disappoint. We got the large meal deal, a small roti and the soup of the day (black bean with quinoa noodles). The spice of the roti wasn't hot, but it was super flavourful. If you want heat, which we like, they also have a little container with scotch bonnet or ghost pepper sauce. So even if the meal, as is, isn't hot enough, they got ya there too. The large meal is big enough for two. It has all the proteins in it - jerk seitan, curry supreme (chickpeas) and moringa loaf. Now, I've never had Moringa loaf, so I have nothing to compare to, but I'd eat this daily. Hearty, thick, moist and delicious! You're also just outside the heart of Kensington market, which is nice. Grab a roti to go and enjoy what the shops and atmosphere have to offer. Easily 5/5 stars. Will definitely be back!

I had an excellent meal here. Generous portion and you get to taste a bit of everything. Heads up, it is a bit spicier than I expected, so if you like that, you're in for a good time!

Amazing vegan whole food. Every time I eat there I leave feeling good the food is so fresh , delicious, nutritious colourful and the portions are large. It is definitely Worth it to pay for parking to get the familiar Caribbean flavours you crave whether you’re a vegan or not
