VCT sent a two-man crew to install my Porsche Connect charger and dock. I could not have asked for a more-professional service to perform this task. From start to finish, Andre and Peter made sure that I was consulted on various aspects of the installation to ensure that they were following my wishes. They also took the time to explain exactly what they were doing as the work was being performed. Their work was inspected today, no faults and met the inspection authority's installation standards!

I called early Wednesday afternoon about my solar panels that were not tracking. Within the hour I had a call from Wes the service technician that someone would be out to check it within the hour. They were out checked the array and said that it needed a new motor and that they would be back the next day. By 8.45 am in spite of -20c temperature they were here and had the tracker back up and running by 9.30. Awesome

The system was affordable, worked exactly as specified, and has continued to do so without a hitch. The staff are knowledgeable, a pleasure to talk with and super helpful. We were so happy with it, we purchased additional capacity this year to max out our system. Although the installation proved to be more challenging than expected the installation team proved that they are highly skilled and professional in their work while being clear about the options to locating the charging station to meet my needs. I'm very happy with the final result & overall experience with VCT Group.
Andrei and Daniel helped me with the installation of my Tesla wall charger. They were friendly, on time and worked quickly. Because of covid they also were cautious of social distancing and wore masks. I would happily have these professionals do work at my home again.
