strong russian accesent , the girls who.are.supose to.open the gate are out on lunch most of the.time. or th eowner is cheap got few people to do more work, yoh wait for 10 mins on an average to get the gate open.

If you are considering working for VCMS, consider the fact that I worked 1, 12 hour shift monitoring 5 screens with no break. When I arrived at the office on December 3rd at 6 am, no one knew I was starting, there was no forms that I filled out, I was just told to email my proof of SIN and address. I just sat down and was shown how to use the computer system and monitor 5 screens. I was not told about breaks or anything else. What I was told by the other employees is that “the owner watches you via cameras installed in the ceiling, and if your eyes are off the screen too long he will call the office and yell at you for being neglegent, his clients come first” understandable. I ultimately decided that this job isn’t for me, even just 1 time per week. I messaged the owner politely and explained that the job is not for me and I don’t think it will work. I thanked him for the opportunity. Several weeks later I asked if I would be paid the 1 day. He said yes I’ll pay you, I never received pay, even after sending him all my details. I would have never have asked a second time if I knew that I would be dealing with the most unprofessional business man I have ever encountered. Over text he called me a user, told me I was never an employee, I cheat the system....It’s now 6 months later and i still haven’t received a payment, I’m not too worried as it was just 1 day. Over all terrible experience I would rate his company less than 1 star if I could.
