Very rude receptionist. She might be new. Walked in and greeted her and her attitude was just awful. Asked her if she was having a bad day and she sarcastically admitted she was. That's not my fault. If you're not prepared to be kind to pleasant patients...how do you deal with the not so nice ones?

The staff here are wonderful! I didn’t have to wait too long. The doctor was so nice and put my concerns at ease. I would recommend this place. If you call and no one answers - leave a message they will call back within 5-10 mins. You have to understand not every call can be answered when they are ALL doing 110% of their job

Three weeks ago I visited the clinic for the first time because my family doctor is not working.. I could honestly and easily give 10 stars had there have been such a thing. My experience was second to none.. Dr. Freedman is the absolute best.. He did for me on my FIRST visit what my family doctor couldn't do in 5yrs. He has changed my life for the better.. to reiterate, on my first visit. I don't want to get started on the staff and their professionalism, coupled with the utmost cleanliness of the clinic.. there's a lot to say and it's all positive.

Called tonight 10 minutes from closing time. Receptionist seemed kind and accommodating and told me she would make arrangements for a virtual appointment for me tonight and in the next half hour I should get a call. It’s been well over an hour since I called and I haven’t heard from anyone. I regret giving my health card number and personal info to this clinic plus I’ve missed the opportunity to drive myself to another location for care that’s open until 11pm.
