The furniture they use is amazing (most buyers end up buying the furniture with the unit) and they lay out everything so well which helps a buyer feel at home...which in turn helps us realtors do our job easier. If you want your property to stand out and sell fast, I’d strongly recommend using them for life
Hunar and her team staged our house last September We thought it would be so hard to sell our house during a pandemic but with her direction, it was so easy! She worked with what we had and made it look like something out of a magazine. Everybody from the agent to the real estate photographer to all those who saw pictures and came for showings talked about how beautifully the house showed. We had so much interest, sold it quickly and for a fantastic price (over asking!). Thank you to Urban Stagers for taking the stress out of a very stressful time. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for staging services.
