The Layout of These 1.1- 1.4 million dollar townhouses is ridiculous. There are 4.5 levels in them. Enough stairs, and twisted, deranged layouts of things, that I actually took days to be able to get from the basement, to the top floor, without opening a wrong door, or going up a wrong flight of stairs. PARKING! HA, forget about having guests.(literally). I don't know how city engineers allowed for such an incredibly narrow crescent. If you have a fire, the Fireman driving had better be willing to plow cars out of the way to get to your house. 5 different little balconies, but you're so close to the people across the street, that you can see the whites of their eyes. Attend an open house of one for sale, and try to find a place to park. YOU WON'T FIND ONE. We all know space is at a premium, but this is so overboard, that I see the city getting sued by insurance companies for not allowing enough room for fire trucks to attend. Now, add a blizzard into the mix, and your car will not leave the driveway for days. I predict several fenders, doors, and bumpers being dinged in the first week of snowfall. JUST HORRIBLE!!
