The store is large, bright and full of cool stuff for your pet. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I find a little hard to get deals from flyers on this store though, I'm not sure if the stock isn't very large, but already happened couple times some products were not available the following day after advertised.

One of the better PetSmart locations in the york regions. Especially their staff. June is the nicest lady there. My dog loves her, and she adores every pet that walks through the door. She makes everyone's day!! The groomers are extremely sweet and nice
Great store been going for years. Customer service is always good. Sometimes the cashing out takes a little longer then normal but when its busy it's to be expected but they try and get more tills going asap. They have dog training, grooming and an adoption center. Go in and pick yourself up a new friend that needs your love.
