We cannot be more pleased with the service we received from Mobility Spot. They delivered and picked up the hospital bed within the time they said they would. When moving the bed in and out of our narrow hallway, they were careful not to bump or scratch the walls. They took the time to clean the bed and the control with sanitizing wipes. They were polite and professional. We definitely will use Mobility Spot if the need arises again.

I am a student at Humber college, and Mobility Spot let us use a wheelchair for a project. The wheel chair itself worked perfectly for what we needed and the person sitting in the chair had no complaints. There was a lovely staff and we highly recommend them!

What a great service! My husband was coming home from the hospital and urgently needed a walker. I called ActiveLite Mobility. It was Saturday, there was a snow storm and the store was about to close. Michael from ActiveLite Mobility reassured that it was not a problem. A couple of hours later, Michael personally delivered the required walker. How often does that happen???? Thank you Michael and ActiveLite Systems!

Called and reserved a transport chair at 12:24pm. Spoke to a lovely gentleman (I presumed with a South African accent ). He was very helpful. Unfortunately less than an hour later I called to cancel as I had to take my dog to the vet unexpectedly so wasn't able to pick up the chair b4 they closed and was going on vacation the next evening. While on vacation I received a call saying that I would be charged 10% for cancellation or could pay in full for future rental. I called to ask why I only have these options since I cancelled within an hour of reserving. I was told very clearly by a different sales person that it was a missed business opportunity and that it was on hold for me therefore another customer could not reserve. None of this was communicated when I reserved. After some back and forth I was condescendingly told that if you aren't happy with this policy I will not take your 10 from you and hope to do business in the future. I'm very disappointed with the tone and lack of customer service with the second sales person which made me feel like I did them a disservice. I will not be doing business in the future with mobility spot.
