Dealt with Pietro at the service counter and he showed genuine concern over my repair and didn’t simply try to sell service recommendations. Pietro was knowledgeable, friendly and I immediately felt that he had my best interests in his customer service approach. The two girls at service reception were also very knowledgeable and thorough when performing their job duties. Both very easy to talk to when you arrive and leave. My compliments to the management team for assembling such a strong group in the service department.
