As a first time home buyer who bought a brand new townhouse straight from the builder, we could not have chosen a better lawyer for our purchase. Domenic is always quick and responsive and very knowledgeable about the entire process. Our closing was December 18 but my builder was slow and unorganized so they only had the documents prepared the day before. Despite receiving the documents less than 24 hours before closing and while I was on holiday on the other side of Canada to boot, Domenic executed the closing diligently and smoothly. I had shopped around with 3 other firms prior to finding his website and Domenic's fees were 1000 less than everyone else. Very accurate closing cost calculator on his website. Will definitely be using him for all my real estate related legal services. Highly recommend!
