The worst experience I've had with a company in a long time. The issue I have with Holyland Monuments is their indifference to their customers, their lack of empathy, their failure at basic customer experience, and their lack of respect. After agreeing to create my father’s headstone, Sam/Shlomo was difficult to reach and did not communicate with our family over the progress. When the headstone was installed, we saw that it was made incorrectly and we tried to reach him to understand what options we had to fix it. We had none. Instead of offering to help us, Sam/Shlomo yelled at me aggressively that I was the problem and he could not do anything about it. Holyland should understand they're working with bereaved families and should at the very least handle themselves with empathy and respect. Holyland monument's biggest failing is that they don’t care. My suggestion is to take your business elsewhere. I’ve told all my friends and I hope they’ll tell their friends. Take your business elsewhere, somewhere where people care for others and do the job correctly.
