Pauline is a really kind person and I genuinely looked forward to our sessions. I liked that my sessions with Pauline allowed me to talk about my emotions and it was a healing experience listening to Pauline explain how pent up emotions and trauma can impact the way our chi moves throughout our bodies. I haven’t gotten to see Pauline in quite some time, but I will definitely be going back when I’m able to. Pauline’s practice has definitely aided in my healing process.
