I’ve been going to Heart & Soul massage therapy since they opened and it’s always been a wonderful relaxing experience. Had the best sleep of my life after a 90 minute hot stone treatment, recently. Joan Is the best!

Have been going to Joan and her team from last couple of years now. Experimented quite a bit with various RMT places in neighborhood but no one comes closer to Heart & Soul. It is a no frills place and they really know there stuff. I have back issues and have walked or should I say crawled in on few occasions with severe pain and stiffness and each time they have been able to get me to a point where I was able to walk out with much relief from pain and they were able to put me back on path of recovery. This feedback would not be complete if I don't thank RMT: Ksenia who has been a great help! All of Joan's team is great actually and go out of the way to accommodate your schedule. Thank you thank you Heart and Soul!

Joan is a fantastic massage therapist. I went in today having a horrible day and with a lot of pain in my back. I have scoliosis as well. Joan knows EXACTLY what to do to make me feel better. Not only does she give THE BEST massages but she also gives amazing life/spiritual advice. So I felt good in my mind, body, and soul after leaving there.
