James is an awesome guy. I ended buying more then 6 things. He was so helpful. The prices are crazy. Spent less the 40 bucks on 3 costumes and accessories!!! I have never seen such good prices. U bought batman and captain America for my son. He will be so excited!! I am so excited!!!

Went there last year for purim costumes. Great variety. Good prices. Yes they only open daytime and only during the week but the selection is great. The quality good for the price and the guy behind the counter (sorry can't remember your name) was very helpful. Maybe not a place to shop online but walk in was great.
Can I give a -5 rating???? I ordered a boys Spider-Man costume and got a girls robin costume even though the shipping slip that was inside the box clearly states SPIDER-MAN! So maybe they have blind people doing the packing?! I sent 3 emails and no response. It’s been 4 days. I guess I’ll have to call this long distance number to try and fix this 2 weeks before Halloween!!!! Please oh please do yourself a favour and spend double the money somewhere else. It’ll be worth it, believe me!
Do not buy if from Canada! The agent says the website is wrong and they do not ship from Ontario. She was from Wisconsin-and not so friendly. Could not get shipping settings to work to SK Canada although the options were there and she didn't know why. She recommended just do myself online.
Absolutely terrible customer service!!!! I purchased 3 costumes from the Costume Super Centre online on October 1. After still not receiving the purchase nor a shipping confirmation email as of October 16, I inquired about my purchase. It was only then that they informed me that they were out of stock of my items!?!? Over the phone I reordered something else. I checked back in today to find out when my order was shipping out and again I was told that the items were out of stock! If the item I purchased was no longer in stock, why was I not informed of this? Why did it take my inquiry of shipping status to find out about this? It's absolutely crazy! And some of the worst customer service I have ever come across! Buyer beware!!
IF there was a rating of .5, THEY WOULDN'T EVEN GET A .5 RATING FROM ME!!! I was super excited to receive my son's TODDLER SIZE SHARK COSTUME, I thought I had found a deal!!! The delivery date was on point. However, the product IS NOT what I had ordered online! They sent me an INFANT SIZE!!! It's as if they just took my money and gave me what ever inventory they had!!! Then when I called their "CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE", NOT only was their call center oddly in the US. The customer rep. Told me : "They did NOT CARRY TODDLER SIZE and in order from me to get my REFUND, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING BACK TO THE STORE!!! HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE IF THE STORE WAS IN CANADA! AND I LIVE IN CANADA!? THIS WAS SO AGGRAVATING!! NEVER AGAIN! REGARDLESS IF IT WAS A DEAL OR NOT! TRUELY DISAPPOINTING! THANKS FOR THE HEADACHE OF A GOOD FOR NOTHING COSTUME!!!
Completely useless customer service - expedited delivery was supposed to be here yesterday now it's not coming until after Halloween, will not refund my shipping and keep trying to offer me half off shipping on an item that has no use to me due to their bungling of the order processing which sat in their warehouse for 72 hours before it found its way to UPS. Truly awful experience and now my son is sans outfit. if you need something get it elsewhere, they are unable to manage their demand and are unwilling to take responsibility.
Not a big selection in the physical location. The gentleman there was very helpful though. He directed us to their online site.
