I have had to call back multiple times just so they pick up and I could schedule an interview. From there I was not able to pass prescreen. I'm assuming it's because I stated that I was not available to work in fall and winter because I'll be at university. I was a bit hesitant during answering yes for my availability for spring because my parents only wanted me to work one day on the weekend not two. This is because my parents wanted to minimize disruption to my school life, which should be my focus. During the prescreen, the person who interviewed me talked too fast. As to purposely make me not understand what is happening. You could say I pretty much grew up here as I've been in Canada since grade 3. So I'm used to people talking fast. But the person who interviewed me talked much faster than that when she is telling me information and asking me questions. Yes I admit I was not as prepared as I wanted to be. But I am the only Asian sitting in the waiting room. So much for diversity. 4 cornerstones of wonderland is cleanliness, safety, courtesy and service. I can't comment on safety and cleanliness. But you can tell courtesy and service of this department is in question through what I've explained about my situation.

My cousin had an interview here not too long ago for admission associate. It was not a good experience I'll leave it at that.
