I think the best team to work with especially when you are a nervous freak LOL . We wanted to sell our small semi and wanted to buy a house with acres to grow our kids. We found Amatul and her team through google search . Always punctual, willing to go that extra mile to help alleviate the stress of home buying for us. They are incredibly informative about local market and also have great contacts for building contractors, brokers and movers.One of the main reason for us to decide about property we bought was the help they gave us arranging contractors giving us ideas how we can renovate and remodel our new home based on our family needs.Suddenly everything seemed so affordable and we ended up buying our dream home with amazing price.
