Terrible! I agree with other reviewer that this is a Place of INjustice. I'd say even a local \mafia\ place: the judge talks to the prosecutor beforehand and makes up his mind in advance. I had a crazy case where the police agent clearly went on hunt to fulfill her ticket quota and gave me a ticket for non-traffic violation. The judge simply said that I \did not convince\ him that I was right. So, if the prosecutor offers you a very mediocre settlement, you'd better take it, because there is no justice in this court and you are doomed to lose. Last thing: the hearings are held in French ONLY. You will be given an interpreter, but they speak so fast that he cannot really follow them. The judge does understand English, but he will respond to you in French.
