So I went to Vanload to pick up my parcel, and everything went smoothly. However I left my driver’s license there and didn’t even realize it until I received a posted envelope containing my license! I called to thank them personally for going the extra step, and spoke to Pedrem. In fact he actually tried to hand-deliver it to me but was unable to because he didn’t have the buzzer code into my building. I really appreciate the kindness. Thank you Pedrem!
