I have no problem recommending MTC Auto in Ottawa. Abraham and all the staff, and I do mean ALL the staff, are both friendly and professional. The selection of vehicles is extensive, and their prices are hard (impossible?) to beat. I bought a car from MTC last year; my first experience with them. I doubt it will be last. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I brought in our cars to have electrical modules installed in our vehicles. They did not provide us with an itemized estimate nor itemized bill. Total cost was 497.20. They used the wrong module - Ford instead of GM, substandard wiring which was jammed under a fuse in the fuse box, after one day part of the insulation was bare and arcing with a ground under the hood, and the wires were bound with a messy array of electrical tape. Also,they neglected to put fuses inline on the load side of the wiring and the modules were simply suspended by those wires. The next day the problems were immediately detected and repair by two competent mechanics at Canadian Tire. I asked for a full refund. They demanded return of the modules claiming without proof that they cost the 150. I offered by email and voice message to allow them to deduct that amount - once verified with their bill for the modules. They have not gotten back to me.
I would by a car here again. Ibrahim was the sales representative I dealt with. He likes cars and is knowledgeable. Used cars are not brand new and there was a minor issue with the car but I still give them 5 stars because they completely honored their warranty with zero hassle. The mechanic at this dealership is excellent.
Extreme headache and a waste of time, I bought a car and when I came back for the issue they the people working are not serious and their top priority is lying to sell you something fast as possible and pretend there's no problem. In short 'under warranty' means ''its not our problem and you broke it'' Worst experience ever you will regret buying a car there lol.
I really enjoyed the fact that they are very professional. And help you every step of the way. Then even had it my car warming up when I got there. Its the little things that make it count. I will buy from them again.
