The staff at BLS was good and very helpful. Despite having the longest of the ques, they handled it quite efficiently and made sure that we had everything before hand in order to save us from additional efforts. Special thanks to Mr Damanpreet Singh who helped me a lot and because of him i was able to get my work done with out any problem. Keep up the great work. Thank you

I am been calling the given number from past 1 week. Most of the times when I called its not connected says the person you are calling is not taking any calls at the moment. When you are not taking any calls then why you are giving this number to us?? And why you are putting this note on your door with that number on which you are not taking any calls!! when I connected once no one picked my call was on line for an hour. I went to your address there was no walk ins I know but after no connection on phone call i went then girl who works there said that call on given number for any info. I told her i tried multiple times and then I came here. But no response from them. This is not a good service that we want. Atleast pick up a call so some one can get the information. Please its my kind request to check whats going on with your phone. Checklist on website says that you need original documentation to see. Should I send original documents in my courier for PCC? Or just a photocopies?

I was in this BLS recently, there was two ladies sitting infront desk has tried behave to nicely but failed. I took two appointments and I was 10 minutes late , the place was empty and nobody was waiting , I told her I am bit late, right away she said you are late so only one work can be done. After that she started to ask other lady what's the time,the other lady was telling minutes by minutes to her, so they can hold my work not done. However as usual one of the my application was wrong and one was okay, she spent time very slowly and said it's now two minutes left so take another appointment and come back. Please my humble request place a clock for your employees so they no need ask time each other's infront of the customers. I feel that they are just acting been nice.

Things will NEVER BE DONE in first attempt. If at all it was done, we feel victorious. We need to come back twice to get the work done. You'll be asked to come back for wide variety of reasons (2 side prints are not allowed for example). This service center is far from any part of Ottawa and it takes lot of time to get things sort out if you are asked to leave. Entire day gets ruined. I am not sure why process is NOT centralized when we are asked to submit landing paper over and over again. Until last week, center allowed people to submit applications in person without appointment. Now, there are scheduled appointment slots. Neither I am allowed to book appointment nor get in touch with personnel to resolve this issue. I am asked to leave the premises as I didn't have any appointment to submit my application and their online appointment booking system is BROKEN NOW.

Amazing people!!! I went to submit my OCI application and the Customer service person Damanpreet Singh is the best person I ever met in my life. He is such a polite, supportive and helpful person. This is my second visit to this location and this guy is just amazing. Very very helpful, I am so proud of our BLS center Ottawa that you guys hire people like Damanpreet. I had an appointment at 11 am, but there were empty slot, so he accepted my application early at 10:40 am and I am out at 11 am. In and Out in just 15 minutes,, wow just amazing, I would give 10 stars to this location. Love it!!!!
