I hired Cory to clean my apartment balcony since he uses a drip free method especially for condos. There were lots of nasty stains and buildup on my balcony and I didn't think it was possible for it to look good again. But Cory made it look brand new, I was completely taken away! Cory is very professional, polite and responsive. He went above and beyond, even giving me tips on how to maintain the balcony. I would go with his services again for any of my future cleanings.
