Their online store is terrible. I ordered shoes over a month ago, they contacted me two weeks after my order letting me know that one pair is out of stock and a refund will be processed. They were supposed to send me the second pair...fast forward 2 weeks later, when I followed up with them to find out the second pair is also out of stock. Not sure when they would have updated me , had I not reached out. No refunds have been issued. Very disappointed. Level of service is not adequate to conduct online business

Great selection, but nothing in the size I needed. Poor overall service. Don't turn your nose up at someone who has a particular brand in mind and is willing to spend hundreds of dollars for them. If you don't mind being either ignres or sneered,they do have a great selection of shoes.
Not very good customer service, won't take back a factory defective shoe because it was more than one week.
So frustrating. Got a pair of boots that I didn't like for Christmas. Went in to exchange and they didn't have anything in my size, not even at the warehouse. I even chose shoes I didn't really like just trying to find something, but no sizes. They gave me store credit, told me they'd have new styles in January. So I came back then... No new styles no new sizes. So I came back the end of January to see if there would be new stock. Was lied to, they got nothing in. The customer service was minimal and employees were unenthusiastic the entire time. Had one good employee out of 6 that had been good help, and wrote down my email to give to the manager to see if I could get a refund, since they literally had barely anything in my size. No response from management whatsoever. Really sucks knowing they have 250 dollars of my money, and considering I have to travel from Surrey, hours and hours of my time, and I don't even deserve an email back.
Great store if you looking for Converse, they have all sizes and all styles in stock. Also if you looking for Herschel bags they have them in stock for a great price. The location is in the corner of Granville and Smith so very easy to find beside the Camouflage store. The service and staff are amazing. It shows that management cares about the store and established business.
Zelen Shoes has wonderful customer service. The staff are very friendly and helpful, bringing all sorts of styles and sizes for us to choose. Very happy with our experience and will definitely come back! Great deals as well!
