Went to Wireless Wave today to change my phone and had the pleasure of having Nick helping me. Throughout the entire transaction, Nick has been amazing. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and make sure that I would walk away with the best deal I can get. If you ever need a change in phone plans, phones or even just have questions then I suggest to hit up Nick at wireless wave at the UBC Location. Although I live in Richmond, I'll definitely will come back here because of the wonderful customer service.

Phenomenal experience with Charles. Charles was extremely patient and helpful. He spent two hours on the phone with the call centre agent at Rogers to negotiate an exceptional deal for my new phone and plan. Would highly recommend Charles to anyone looking for any mobile service. Definitely will go out of my way to visit Charles next time if I need any assistance.

Very happy to write this review for Nick, a very helpful and kind salesperson @WirelessWave store. I visited the store yesterday to purchase my new LG Velvet 5G phone. I met Nick and he was very helpful and patient during the visit. Unlike other salespersons I have met so far, Nick is one who is really customer-oriented. He will answer all of your questions and will even help you make the right decision about what phone to purchase. I was very happy to have met him.
