Nice nook for residents living nearby. Not a destination for non-locals. Situated on a slope.

It's away from the large noisy streets, a shirt walk from Broadway. I got spot to bring your lunch, a coffee, etc and relax, workout having to go all the way to False Creek. Small grassy area for animals, 2 large benches and a trash can.
