Founded in 1980 as a registered non-profit society and federal charity, 60,000 supporters, volunteers and activists from coast to coast to coast work together to preserve wilderness, protect wildlife, defend parks, safeguard public resources and fight for a stable and healthy climate. Our head office is in Vancouver, with field offices in Victoria, Winnipeg and Toronto. We are united in our mission to protect Canada’s life-giving biological diversity through strategic research and grassroots public education. We believe that the right, the duty and the ability to act for the public good are integral to citizenship. We value wilderness, with all its natural biodiversity, as absolutely vital to the health of people, communities and the planet. We act with integrity and courage to mobilize citizens to take lawful, democratic action to defend Canada’s wilderness and wildlife.

I parked my car at their parking lot for 10mins by mistake. Got threatened by middle aged man swearing that he got my license plate and bill me. I respect people working for environment and animal but let’s have some manner and kindness for human too. Because you can’t operate your nonprofit organization without human’s donations.
