The hours should be displayed much more prominently; it's very easy to miss them. There is exactly ONE sign listing which spots are reserved and which are for public parking. This sign is very easy to miss. This is a parkade, guarded by a gate which is only open during the hours listed in one of the pictures. The general public can't get a vehicle in or out of the parkade outside of said hours. If there is a place to buy a physical ticket using cash and/or bank card then it has to be inside the building directly above the parkade. If there isn't then the only way to pay for parking is using the phone app (paybyphone) or by paying over the phone.
