My grandmother has recently passed and left me a grandfather clock and a Dutch clock. Fritz came to her house and took the clock out of the case, and back to his shop. He took the Ditch click too. I had to get the cabinet fixed by an antique carpenter and he was very gracious about storing the clock at his shop for a couple of extra weeks until the cabinet was done. He has just come to my house and installed the clock back into the cabinet. It works beautifully, he explained how to wind and keep it functional in great detail, and very patient. He let us know the history of the clock too. The Dutch clock is also working well. My sister brought a clock over for him to evaluate- he is so ethical, he said that if he didn’t repair it, because of the type of clock it is, it wouldn’t stay working, so she shouldn’t waste her money. My grandmother would be so pleased to see this clock up and working again. I highly highly recommend Fritz and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Popped in for 2 battery replacements. Greeted by a friendly gentleman who promptly took care of them while I waited. Such an unassuming place; I had no idea what I would find behind the door (it doesn’t have a street storefront entrance) but I was pleasantly surprised!
Great experience again for my second visit. Prompt diagnostic of my broken watches, both were repaired while I waited in just 5 minutes! It was an honour to watch him work so passionately, you can see the love of the work even after many years in the industry. I’ll be back to this location with all my watch issues in the future!
We went in and had a wonderful experience with Fritz. He was kind, quick, and professional. He fixed my watch in a few minutes while we sat and waited. He took a look at my fiancé's watch and held onto it for a few days before determining it was beyond repair. And he didn't even charge us for the time he spent looking into that. We highly recommend him!
I went in to get a new battery for my Swiss made watch. The service was quick, good quality battery and knowledgable customer service skills. Look forward to going back :)
