Dr. Alex Boo was very helpful and patient when looking at my dwarf hamster, Nuggie. I was given great service from start to finish by everyone at the clinic, and fair/reasonable rates for Nuggie's examination and medicine. Without a doubt, it's clear that Dr. Boo genuinely cares for each and every animal he sees. Even though I live in Richmond, I'll definitely continue to visit in the future.
Dr Boo and the rest of the staff are fantastic, they go above and beyond. My cat is a nightmare patient and they've shown him tremendous kindess and compassion regardless and have made our visits more pleasant than I ever could have hoped. Thanks for your ongoing support and care!
I highly recommend Dr. Boo! Great expertise and tender care and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Our cat had a dental treatment today and she received a fantastic service. She’s recovering very well and it didn’t cost more than the estimate we had been given (in fact significantly less but I imagine it varies from case to case). Very informative and professional. Wonderful team. Dr’s Claire and Alex have both seen our dog for check ups and medical concerns. They’re both equally supportive, kind, non-judgemental and professional. My go-to vet. Trustworthy and compassionate.
