I called Jeff last Thursday during work hours and spoke with him on the phone. I shared my project and he told me to email him pictures. I emailed him shortly and waited. I realize it was a long weekend so i waited until Tuesday to call him , left a message and didn't hear from him until right before 5pm. I got a email asking what the job was. I replied back and answer his question. Again, it was a waiting game. I called again on Wednesday and had no reply. Finally got a email today at 9 am on Thursday morning that he was able to do the job with his 101/hr rate, plus supplies and to let him know that if i would like to move forward, that they are open 8-4:30 pm. Honestly, I found the whole process very frustrating and not productive. I called him cause he had great reviews, but that was not what I experienced.Hopefully this is not a reoccurring thing.

I've had the pleasure of working with West Arc welding twice in two loft condos where they made custom fabricated railings unique to the space. Both times the finished product was a focal point and a key reason to the successful sale of the properties. Shane and the boys pulled one out of the hat. Gave them a project and exceeded my expectations. Great people to work with and would definitely bring more projects to them. As a worker in the trades, these guys pull off quality work, very professional and great communication during the project.
Jeff and his team were exceptional on all levels. From the beginning of our project (outdoor steel staircase) to the end, they were accommodating with scheduling and helped work through a bunch of city delays we encountered along the way. Very professional and approachable. We will go back if we need any work which falls in to their skill set.
The Best welder I have dealt with :) Shane (at the shop) was professional and very helpful, great prices and I will definitely use West Arc welding again. Thank you
