Terrible scheduling and completely uncaring and unprofessional. My doctor called half an hour late to the scheduled appointment for a phone consultation. I’d missed the call and called back only a minute after, with the front desk saying they will check on her availability, but didn’t return my call until almost an hour later saying she no longer has space for me. They told me they have to reschedule my appointment since the doctor tried to call 3 times—which is completely untrue and I’d received no calls, and pushed my appointment back another whole week. Frustrating and disappointing.

Dr. Goldberg is the most compassionate listener and full of empathy. A true healer. Trouble is there is only so much of her to go around at this clinic ! Lol . Been going to this clinic for years and I always thought it was just me that was being judged for being sick or needing a prescription! I feel bad that the nurses can’t work together or use a CRM software that would get them online and answering and taking live bookings as well as on the phone. Better yet just an app to organize one all the chaos . Either way if you want a relaxing doctor visit with breathing room this is not your Nic! They all work hard but someone needs to lay out the zen mat ASAP.

The reception is no irresponsible. I booked an phone call appointment at today 10:15, but didn't receive any phone call. I called frond desk to ask, they said for some reasons the doctor didn't make the phone call. She will call me later. But I waited to 2pm and still nothing. Called fd again, they said on their side it said to be a in person appointment. So why did the first receptionist said the doctor will call? So irresponsible and my appointment has been delayed to tomorrow

Poor time management. I had a doctor miss three scheduled appointments in a row. Their reception system doesn’t accept voicemails or emails so I was left waiting to reschedule for a month just to have the appointment missed again. I have heard good things about a particular doctor here but I think they shouldn’t commit to appointments they don’t have the capacity to fulfill.
