I am a physician, now retired, with more serious health issues in the last 15 years. I have worked in different settings and have received services from numerous others. Staff at Sunrise are uniformly friendly, welcoming, efficient, conscientious, and generous with their time and attention. Rarely are appointment times delayed, in contrast to many fancier clinics on the west side. Staff diligently chase me down and are discreet when leaving messages regarding lab results or dates for procedures, etc. Simply top-notch; if I were still handing out marks: A, comments: \Best in Class.

I am very happy with the health service provided by Hastings Sunrise. Dr Motamedi is my family physician and has given my entire family great care. The other doctors in the clinic have also been very knowledgeable and helpful. The reception staff are all professional and friendly. I am surprised to see some of the negative comments here.

Just wanted to share how professional and authentically caring the young man that answered receptionist phone on Saturday afternoon May 30th was. I commented to him personally and he said he greatly appreciated it. I asked his age because he reminded me of my 30 year old son but he was only 20. Sounded very mature and articulate for 20. Way to go for hiring good staff like this. Thank you.
