I smoked on and off since I was 9. Tried the patch and succeeded for a time, Champix, and Nicolette gum. Nothing really worked. And some made me have dark thoughts. 2.5 hours with Kari at Vancouver Hypnotherapy and I walked out a non smoker. The first few days were “easy” but took work. After 14 days I went for a tune up and feel awesome. 16 days in- my heart rate had dropped 10 beats per min, my sleep has improved, my lungs are clearing and I’m faster on my bike. Take it from a weakling. You CAN do this and Kari can help. Chros

In one session consisting of two hours, I have successfully quit smoking and vaping. Parisa was very attentive listening to my problems and as to why I smoke, and when the session was done I didn't experience any withdrawal symptoms or cravings. It was well worth the drive all the way from Penticton, British Columbia. I write this review in hopes that if anyone else wants to quit but feels skeptical, and needs some feedback, well here it is. This gave way better results than cold turkey, gum, or champix. Thanks again Parisa, you are awesome !

I reached out to Kary because I had been dealing with a fear of choking. The problem started about 1-1/2 years ago but had recently gotten much worse to the point that I had actually gotten something caught in my throat and couldn't breath. I went to my doctor and she sent me for a few tests including a camera downy my throat to check for physical conditions that could be causing this, but found nothing. I really didn't know what to do, but a friend suggested I look into alternate solutions so I reached out to Kary. It has been 1 full week since my session and I feel like I have my life back. I have NOT had any problems or fears since meeting with Kary. Thank you so much ️
