I would highly recommend Vancouver Chimney Chief for any of your fireplace needs. He was very kind, punctual (even arrived slightly early) and knowledgable. We had a problem with smoke building up when the tenants above us were having a fire. He took the time to explain the problem to me (a new homeowner and landlord who knows nothing about fireplaces). He offered me solutions that were both budget friendly and those that were long term and energy efficient. I really appreciated that he said I could call anytime if I had any questions or concerns about the fireplaces. I think the service was well worth the cost. Definitely will be calling them again next year.

We can't say enough good things about Vancouver Chimney Chief. Very professional and thorough cleaning. Also had an evaluation of the fireplace at the same time. Arrived exactly on time, and was super clean to boot! No wonder they are booked weeks in advance. In these COVID times we're having lots of fires, and now can do it with peace-of-mind.
We have an older home with a flu system mounted at roof level which can be a challenge to clean. Nitin at Chimney Chief was familiar with the system, knew how to clean it properly and showed up exactly when scheduled. The team was quick, courteous and had Covid friendly protocols during the servicing and cleaning. Great job and would highly recommend.
