I have been going to Ottico for over 25 years. My eye doctor, Dr. Brad McDougall is thorough and kind. He takes the time to explain to you about why his outrageously high tech equipment is necessary to track the changes in your eyes and watches for abnormal changes that might indicate health problems a brewin' (so going to the same place for decades is a bonus folks). Of course, my prescriptions are always perfect too. Many of the people who work here have been there as long as I have been a patient - that says a lot about their depth of knowledge and how awesome the eye doctors are. I recently bought a new pair of glasses and mentioned that I had trouble going downstairs with them. Soraya quickly determined the problem, adjusted my glasses, and I was good to go! Thank you wonderful people of Ottico.

I have had the best experience here since switching eye doctors several years ago. Dr McDougall is proactive and goes above and beyond to treat you and your eyes, and balances that with what you want. His calm demeanour and extensive knowledge is reassuring and you know he will work with you until you have a solution. The rest of the staff is also wonderful and clearly cares about their patients from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr McDougall, and even more so if you have something outside of the ordinary and can't get answers elsewhere.

All the staff are friendly, responsive and helpful. Dr. McDougall conducts very thorough exams. I've had a few eye issues over the years and he continues to thoroughly check and monitor. I've been going here for many years and highly recommend them.
