I am updating an earlier review based on the store’s decision to stand behind their product and provide me with a replacement mask. Thank you Robert. (Previously posted: I called them this morning to say that the 20 reusable cloth mask that I bought there shrunk in the washer after the first wash (did not put it through the dryer). They then advised me that it had to be hand-washed - not put through the washing machine. Who knew! I asked them if they would provide me with a new one - they said no. Very disappointing.)
