I took a cooking class with Renée on how to make a traditional Cantonese dish that I grew up eating. I learned a lot and it was fun. Delicious! I look forward to taking another class.

Had lots of fun at the Thai curry & Tom Yum soup cooking class! Loved how the classes were small and intimate - gives you a chance to know everyone else. Food was delicious and Renee was an amazing instructor. Highly recommended!

A friend recommended a few of True Nosh's product to me and they don't disappoint. I have tried their own take (healthier version) of oyster sauce and it was absolutely amazing. I add it to my stir fries as well as compliments most of the salads I make. My all time favourite product though is their granola. It is so good with oatmeal and I even eat them as a snack. I definitely recommend this brand if you are looking for a healthier version of sauces and granola!

I am an HVAC contractor and needed a gift for a new client. I considered doing the easy thing and buying a gift card for a restaurant of my choice, however after some consideration, a gift basket would’ve be a better gift for this client in their new home. I’d seen a few of True Nosh’s gift baskets (they look awesome!) and thought to give them a try. Renee created a lovely basket with some of her best ingredients, and turns out my client was already a fan of True Nosh’s sugar free products! The gift basket really hit a home run and I’ll definitely order more in the future!

5 STARS! Seriously a good call on my part to sign up for Rene's gluten free dumpling class. Rene was great at explaining each step , the different types of flour's and how to assemble the dumplings in different ways. It was an educational and FUN evening in a wonderful environment. A restored heritage style home with a \chef's kitchen\. Wonderful and we will be signing up for more classes in the near future. Highly recommended.
