As someone who's been constantly going to physiotherapy for years due to injuries and muscle problems, this is by far and away the best experience I've had in Vancouver. Jonathan is extremely skilled at what he does, and selects specific exercises for me to do that account for my conditions and issues- and is more than happy to adjust them based on how I feel when doing them. On top of that, he has a great attitude to go along with it. I had knee problems back in March and thanks to him I've gotten much better and can resume activities that I was unable to do anymore. Furthermore, the front staff are also very kind and provide excellent quality customer service. I had some issues with my insurance coverage, and Eliza sorted it all out for me by calling MSP to fix it and providing me with the details and follow up in a punctual and professional manner. Couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend.

I have been going this kerrisdale location over a year. I had Ryan, Christina, Jonathan Tom Yew, stacey they are all outstanding physio. Also Eliza, the front desk staff is very kind and professional. Would definitely recommend this physiotheraphy.
Teryn at Treolor is the absolute best. Teryn is the first physio in a decade who's been able to make sustained improvements to a long standing injury. I'm finally back to the activities I love without a week of pain afterwards. Couldn't be happier and 10/10 recommend! Of note - these guys have done an incredible job adapting to COVID and making their clinic clean/safe. They have also offered online options which was surprisingly effective for me!
Front desk staff were lovely and my phsyio was great. Only gripe is that I arrived expecting to pay 110 as per the website but when i got there I was charged 140.
