The owner Kingsley sold me 3 x Canucks tickets in March 2020. NHL season has been canceled. According to the company refund policy Vancouver Ticket & Tour Service Ltd. has supposed to refund me which he didn't. He has never answered to my emails and my phone calls therefore the customer service is nothingness. This reseller is a scam and I can not recommend it.

Vancouver Ticket seems to be out of business! Took my money and ran. I sent Kingsley 400 as a deposit to get me Rolling Stones tickets. He never bought any tickets, the concert was cancelled, and he won't return my money. Gone. Gone. Gone.
He was a pleasure to work with and a life saver as we needed 5 tickets for the Canucks v Oilers game. Not only did he have the tickets he saved us several hundred dollars. Would definitely recommend.

His customer service is extraordinary and he goes out of his way to exceed expectations . Most recently I requested a ticket and placed some very high demands on where I wanted to sit for a highly sought out sold out show. I've been buying tickets from Kingsley for many years and he has always instilled confidence and has been very fair with his pricing. Thanks for the fantastic tickets for the Gold Medal Junior Hockey game it was a fun experience!
