Being new to osteo, seeing Kaitlin has been a dream! My sessions with her have been thorough, relaxing and beneficial. She took the time to listen to what was bringing me in and what my goals are, and her approach aligns with my focus. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in! The clinic space is calm and welcoming, and the lovely front desk staff are a great part of the team. Highly recommend!
Ila is amazing at what she does! I have seen 3 other Osteopaths in the city and no one compares. I have been living with chronic pain for years and after my first two sessions I feel like a whole new person! Don’t hesitate to book! Also the clinic is beautiful, relaxing, clean and safe feeling.
The whole team at Thuja Wellness is amazing. The space is beautiful and relaxing...the heated massage beds are a treasure to lay on ....and the treatments are some of the best I have ever had. Would highly recommend Ila and her team!
Thuja is a lovely space with lovely practitioners. I have experience with Kelsey and Loren, and both were pleasant, informative and successful. Kelsey has a great approach to acupuncture, making it a little less scary with needles and very gentle. The room was warm and comfortable and the experience overall was 10/10! Highly recommend
