Ordered online for curbside pickup because I thought it’d be quicker. Spoiler: it was not. Aside from a confirmation email, heard nothing for weeks, so I followed up by phone. Without asking for my name or order number, the receptionist very brusquely informed me that as per the email (which I didn’t receive, even checked my spam just in case) they were backordered due to their Cyber Monday sales. Took two months during which they never once provided an update on my order status and multiple follow-ups initiated on my end to receive my order. Would not recommend. Have cancelled my follow-up appointment and will be looking for an alternative provider with better customer care.
Dr. Atkinson and his entire team are the warmest and most professional I’ve encountered. Resoundingly friendly and personable, Atkinson makes you feel taken care of in way that is hard to find. He is also deeply knowledgeable and cautious, assuring that clients know exactly what they’ll experience—and the results reflect that expertise. Such a wonderful place. Highly recommend.
I have been coming to The Vanity Lab since 2015 or 2016. The level of excellence is far too high and I cannot praise this place enough. I’ve done facials, laser hair removal, Botox and fillers here. Only the best from them. I love Natasha, the owner, so much! She is incredible! Bob is always witty and a total skin expert! Dr. Jordan Atkinson is professional, precise and talented at injecting. I highly recommend this place!
