I went into the pharmacy today for some services. The pharmacist was very helpful, spent the time listening and was able to provide solutions. Thank you so much. My stress level has since gone down a lot.
Very nice and extremely helpful and have extensive knowledge about pharmaceuticals and medication interactions, i have completely abandoned my previous pharmacy and switched to The Pharmacy Kitsilano, oh they have gone overboard to help and service me numerous times when they could, i would definitely recommend this pharmacy to everyone.
All my interactions with the pharmacists at this location have been excellent. They have accommodated two walk-in requests for inoculations, and prescriptions are completed in a very timely manner. Most recently Jon Chan assisted me, as he has in past visits. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable; he willingly contacted my doctor to clarify a prescription; he has answered other inquiries by on-line research for additional information. These pharmacists go above and beyond to resolve inquiries. I certainly plan to continue using this pharmacy for all my future needs.
Male pharmacist at the counter was not helpful in the slightest and very rude .. manners go a long way. Too high up on his high horse.
