Held an event at the Pace in August. Ari and D were very clear with their (very flexible) guidelines and timelines, so made for an easy working relationship. A reasonably priced space with reasonably priced drinks for nighttime events. In-house bar staff are great, no complaints from guests. There's a ping pong table for entertainment. Also, hire Denise Fraser for your sound tech and sound system - it's worth it!

I can’t imagine the neighbourhood (& city!) without The Pace. Evolving and growing, reflecting community members and always welcoming new ones. A place for creative productivity, performances and a positive example of a great (multi-)use of space.
I've attended many events at The Pace and always love the atmosphere there. I know many people who have hosted events there too, and they always appreciate how the owner and manager goes above and beyond. This is a truly wonderful gift to and resource for the community.
Threw a pretty consequential event at The Pace. D was super helpful, kind, thoughtful, and really put a lot into making sure that my guests had a great time. Would absolutely (and often do) recommend this place to my friends, and even to you total stranger reading my review on the internet.
Denise is amazing! I've known her to be an amazing manager for YEARS! From creative and inclusive space to helping me jumpstart my career, Denise at the Pace has always been there for me!
The Pace was an amazing host to our music & art festival. The space is also very versatile and can work for a large variety of events, and the whole team is very professional and lovely to work with.
One of the best venues in the city! Very inclusive and a great space for people of all backgrounds to gather and connect.
