This place is the BEST Right downtown, don't need a car everything is there,shopping, restaurants, shoes stores,clothing name it.The hospitality of the hotel is very attracting they definitely go the extra mile. From start to finish they make your stay comfortable. I will most definitely return...cheers

The Listel Hotel is a gorgeous Gallery Hotel. The art pieces really make this hotel stand out. The staff is so courteous, we had a really good time! Beds are also very comfy!! And it's right downtown, near all kinds of coffee shops, boutiques and restaurant. We were really happy about our first experience in Vancouver!!
What an incredible hotel experience my partner and I had. Every single staff member was so kind and supportive. Every person who worked there (we met about four) was incredibly accommodating - and Ria helped us feel really taken care of. Very clean. Very comfy. Quality hotel bathroom products. Spacious tub. Having filtered sparkling water on tap was a really really nice touch. I would come here again and recommend it to many others.
The best location - walking distance to everything, but not noisy . Excellent bedding and real glass ware . Very clean . Lovely staff .
I stayed here because they had a welcome back Vancouver special on and even without it, the stay would have been worth it. The place was clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. They have their own parking; which was very reasonably priced. Their restaurant Forage was amazing.
Amazing customer service; From when we first walked in, until we left, the staff were extremely kind and cared for making sure we had a great stay. Wine tastings were great!
