This Team at Tesla has always treated me like gold. They always go the extra step to put a smile on my face and to make sure our experience is great. We live 5 hours away as well so it's special when you actually look forward to your service appointment cause you know the staff is going to be friendly and helpful.

love our Teslas. Excited for the future of Tesla, FSD, and sustainable energy. The experience of buying the vehicle new was amazing. Buying used in 2019 was not ideal, but looks like things have improved since then.
Had a great experience with Sales Advisor Vlad! He was helpful and knowledgeable. The test drive experience was very smooth and ultimately led to the purchase. A few days later a good friend was also interested in exploring his options, with a last minute decision we did not have an appointment but we were accommodated quickly and had a vehicle ready for a test drive in no time. Overall a great experience both times and if you have not driven a Tesla yet it is definitely worth a try.

It doesn't happen often, but sometimes when interacting with a person you can sense that they are truly giving it 100%. They leave no stone unturned, they communicate as quickly, clearly and professionally as they possibly can; they don't accept suboptimal solutions, they don't take the easy route if it involves compromise even when it's offered. If you're very lucky this person will also be generally sharp and will be the master of the tools available to him. Huge shout out to Andrew Schmidt! He is that guy. Andrew worked with me over several months, working on at least two of his days off (weekends) to get a Model Y delivered to my parents as a Christmas present on Christmas eve. There were many obstacles, I was denied entry at the border, there was a snag with the international wire, a ferry was canceled due to wind, the server of our insurance company crashed delaying insurance. These obstacles were all overcome thanks to Andrew's hard work, the delivery on Christmas eve went flawlessly, a white Model Y with a red bow drove down the driveway seconds after they opened the present with the key fob in it. It was a perfect moment! Would not have been possible without Andrew's dedication!
Service center is always good. Fast, efficient, to the point. Always resolved my issues in a timely manner and provided a loaner where applicable. All the staff I've dealt with over the years has always been energetic and passionate about the product.
Best service and experience. All the staff in sales and service are amazing. A. Love the car. They really care about each customer.
Big shoutout to the salesman Kevin! He’s very helpful at all times. We have a great experience with him. He explains to us in different terms and offers many useful advice. We had some issues with the delivery but Kevin shows great management skills and things got settled down real quick. The car performance and customer service are fair beyond.
