Sure, you can find out almost anything online with TELUS, but I always check in with Clearwest to be sure I’ve got the best package solution upgrade or mobility deal for our needs . Josh extremely knowledgeable friendly and PATIENT went above and beyond to answer all my questions and deal with TELUS directly on my behalf. Saved me time and . Highly recommend

Just want to explain my 4 star, Every time i go here i find they are always helpful and friendly, always helpful advice in helping me get a new phone. The only problem is what i think is out of their control, is that there is never the phone i usually go in for and have to settle for what is available. However, I am not really upset its just a matter of it is what it is.

Dropped in today with a bit of a confusing and difficult situation in regards to a device upgrade. First off, props to Josh for providing me with a helpful start last week, and for the prompt follow-up phone call when the device I wanted came back in stock. Secondly, thank you to Carl for patiently walking me through the process in a clear/methodical manner, and completing the transaction. Two excellent employees deserving of recognition!
